Membership Levels

GACC members encompass every aspect of the cannabis industry. GACC includes businesses ranging from growers to retailers, ancillary and secondary service-providers that support the industry, and partner trade associations. Companies may join GACC as an Alliance Member, Associate, Board Member, or Founding Board Member depending on desired levels of engagement, and benefits at each level are as follows:

2022 GACC Membership Structure
Founding Board Member:Dues $10,000 a month or $100,000 annually. Must be elected by Board.

This tier is for business leaders and businesses looking to invest in a meaningful effort to create a vibrant and diverse cannabis community.

Board Member:Dues $5,000 a month or $50,000 annually. Must be elected by Board.

This tier is for businesses and business leaders that want to be involved at a high level with the creation of a competitive and open cannabis industry.

Associate Board Member:Dues $1,000 a month or $10,000 annually.

This tier is for new businesses and business leaders looking to explore ways to be involved and create larger networks within the cannabis business community.

Alliance Member:Dues $2,500 annually.

This tier is for new businesses and business leaders looking for government affairs information and networking within the cannabis business community.

Voting rights to determine agenda, priorities, events and overall strategy and tactics
Ability to contribute to, comment on, and approve GACC legislative efforts
Ability to serve on GACC Executive Committee
Direct access to GACC’s registered lobbyists in DC
Ability to request individual meetings with lawmakers and regulators facilitated by GACC lobbyists
